Breast milk is considered to be the best food for the babies. As they contains all the nutrition required for the baby. During first six months, baby should be strictly on mothers milk. Breast milk contains all vitamins and antibiotics required to improve immunity of the baby.
No animal milk is allowed during first six months, as babies digestive systems are not fully developed. Formula milk is accepted only in a certain situation where mother is not able to produce milk for the babies.
After few days of delivery, you may observe that you are not able to produce enough milk for the baby. Reason behind this may be anxiety, hormonal imbalance, baby's health, exertion and many more.Here I have given some tips to increase the breast milk supply. I also have used them and got good results.

Fenugreek/Methii Seed:

- Feenugreek/ methi seeds contains galactagogue, which act as booster to increase milk supply in mothers.
- Soak fenugreek/ methi seeds overnight and take 2-3 seed daily at morning.
- Within 24-72 hours you can see the results.
Spinach:

- Spinach is good source of iron and helps to boost up milk supply.
- You can take it in the form of soup or cooked vegetable.
Cumin/Jeera:

- Use cumin/jeera you can use in your daily food.
- Make jeera powder and take 1 spoon powder with milk or water.
- You also can take raw jeera byte it.
Oatmeal:

- Oat meal contains proteins and fibers.
- They can be taken made sweet dish or spicy by adding some vegetables.
Papaya:

- You must include papaya in your daily diet.
- Take papaya at morning empty stomach.
- Use raw papaya as much possible, in the form of cooked vegetable.
